DARUMA offers yarn spun and dyed in "Bishu", the traditional home of woolen fabric in Japan.

Designed to be as light and soft as possible, this gorgeous yarn features two fine threads of merino wool twisted around fluffy carding. It was named "GENMOU" which means raw wool in Japanese, reflecting the beautifully soft texture and feel to touch.

The wavy effect comes from the 3-ply construction and results in a wonderfully smooth and warm knitted garment.
