Terms and Conditions


.Thank you very much for your interest in purchasing our products! Please find below our terms of sale (for individual customers) for your reference. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help!

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.


  1. We aim to fulfil all orders from our stock on hand. In the unfortunate event that we are out of stock of any items on your order, we will contact you immediately. Out of stock item/s will be put onto back order for you and dispatched (free of delivery charge) as soon we have them. Alternatively you have the option to seek a refund for the missing item/s.
  2. As a Hamanaka Ambassador, we are able to order in any Hamanaka products for you from their entire range. If you would like to order in a certain product, please contact us, quoting the item code and quantity and we will add it to our next order for you. You will not be invoiced until the item arrives to us. To view the full product selection, please visit (Japanese).   1. We aim to photograph and depict products as accurately as possible. Please understand that there can be subtle differences between the product colour and the colour you see in your computer screen due to differences in screen resolution.

  1. Parcels will be shipped domestically and worldwide using Royal Mail. A choice of services (tracked and un-tracked) are available to select at checkout.
  2. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of confirmed payment.
  3. The shipping fee will be included on the invoice. 
  4. Within the UK: Delivery is estimated to arrive within 4 working days of dispatch however parcels could take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If your parcel has not arrived by this time, please notify us immediately.
  5. Worldwide: Delivery is estimated to take 7-10 working days from date of dispatch, however could take up to 20 working days to arrive. If your parcel has not arrived by this time, please notify us immediately.
  6. Any customs/import charges raised on overseas orders will be the responsibility of the customer. 
  7. During busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, the delivery lead time may extend due to the volume of parcels being sent through the post at this time of the year. 

  1. Payment is accepted via PayPal. You can use your credit/debit card to pay with PayPal, simply follow the instructions given in the checkout.
  2. Payment must be made at checkout. Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received. 
  3. We are currently not VAT registered, therefore VAT cannot be claimed back on purchases.

  1. We can accept returns on goods purchased. Please notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery if you intend to cancel your order. The cost of returning goods will be the responsibility of the customer. Goods must be returned to us within 28 days in an unopened, unaltered and undamaged state to be eligible for a full refund. 
  2. The refund given for a return will be for the cost of goods + the cheapest shipping option (regardless of shipping service paid). Any customs charges paid to receive the goods will not be refunded. 
  3. Due to the intimate nature of some handmade items such as (but not limited to) hair clips/ hair bands and some jewellery, we are unable to accept returns. Please check with us before returning if you are unsure.

  1. ​Please allow the maximum delivery time before contacting us about a missing parcel. Occasionally parcels get delayed in the post but very rarely go missing altogether. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postage service. 
  2. For overseas orders shipped with "international standard" service, parcel tracking will not be available. Whilst we have rarely ever experienced a lost parcel using this service, we recommend choosing "international tracked" as it is easier to locate a missing parcel. 
  3. If your goods have been damaged in the post, please contact us immediately. We will seek to compensate you, and recover any losses from the courier. 
  4. In all cases we will attempt to provide the best service possible for the customer and do our utmost to ensure any unfortunate situation is resolved in a satisfactory and amicable manner.  

  1. Your details will be kept for our business use only. We are registered with the ICO under the Data Protection Act 1998 and comply fully with all regulations.
  2. Sweet Pea Dolls reserves the right to amend the T and C’s at any point. Any amendments will be changed on this page before being enforced.
