We will always do our absolute utmost to ensure your parcel is packed and sent on it's way as soon as possible. We aim to get all parcels dispatched within 48 hours, and a high percentage within 24 hours. Where necessary, we will prioritise parcels with 1st class and Special Delivery services.
We work very hard to ensure that our stock records are updated and accurate across all sales platforms including our website and Etsy store. However, in the unfortunate case that an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you to explain the situation, and provide options to either; send the product as soon as it comes back into stock, or refund for the item we are unable to fulfil.
We will dispatch parcels as soon as payment has been received. Should you wish to add additional items to your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you, providing the parcel has not yet been dispatched.
We very much hope that you will love your products and find them ideal for your upcoming creations. However in the event that you feel dissatisfied with a product / products, we accept returns in accordance with the following procedure.
To request an exchange for a different product OR return of goods for a refund, please contact us via email within 21 days of your purchase, quoting the order number, and the products you would like to return.
In the case of a return for refund, we will issue a full refund for the returned items on receipt of the products in an unopened, fully saleable condition. We reserve the right to reject returned products that do not meet the above criteria.
In the case of a return for exchange of goods, subject to the above criteria being met, we will provide an exchange value equal to the value of the returned goods. Should there be an excess to pay on the exchanged goods, we will help you to make payment before dispatching your parcel.
On all returns, the cost of sending the items back to us will be the responsibility of the customer.
We make every effort to ensure all goods packed and dispatched are of the highest quality and in perfect condition. If however for some reason your product arrives in a damaged or faulty state, we will of course accept returns of these at any time.
To arrange this, please get in contact with us via email, quoting your order number, the product/s in question and a description of the fault.
In such an instance, we will provide a full refund for the goods to which the fault applies.
