FURTHER UPDATE - 22ND DECEMBER 2022:
Dear customers,
Over the past 10 days, we have seen a vastly improved situation, with almost all orders having now arrived, including those severely effected from Late November and Early December. More recently dispatched orders with Tracked 24 have been arriving typically between 1-4 working days.
Today was our last posting date before Christmas. Ordinarily we would also dispatch tomorrow, however given the strike and then the Christmas break, learning from past experience we feel it is better to keep hold of parcels and dispatch once the holiday period ends. Therefore our next dispatch date will be Wednesday 28th December.
Moving forwards, all parcels both domestic and international will have full tracking which we hope will improve the service we are able to provide.

FURTHER UPDATE - 13TH DECEMBER 2022:
Dear customers,
We thank you for your ongoing patience at this challenging time. Parcels continue to be subject to severe delays as the strikes continue to cause significant disruption.
Royal Mail are currently prioritising medical mail and express deliveries, including Tracked 24, however still expect these to encounter delays and cannot guarantee delivery dates. We have received reports of some domestic mail taking 3-4 weeks to arrive
With upcoming strikes planned for the 14th, 15th, 23rd and 24th, we have been looking at alternative options for delivery, and are pleased to announce that we are now offering FedEx as an option for customers. This will be eligible for orders of all sizes, however please note that resin and liquids can only be sent with Royal Mail due to regulations.

FURTHER UPDATE - 10TH DECEMBER 2022:
Dear Customers,
As we continue to monitor and evolve our response to the ongoing delivery challenges, we would like to notify you of some further changes to our current service.
Having moved to a tracked service, we have been monitoring the tracking on these parcels, it is clear that Tracked 24 is moving quicker through the system than Tracked 48.
As we move towards Christmas, we have therefore taken the difficult decision to suspend Tracked 48 for now, and only offer Tracked 24 at this time. We intend to offer both services again once the situation has normalised. May we take this opportunity to remind you that we continue to offer free UK shipping on all orders over £40.00
Further strikes are scheduled for the 14th, 15th, 23rd and 24th December, and Royal Mail have put out a statement that parcels must be sent by the 16th to have a chance of arriving for Christmas.
We apologise for the inconvenience and disruption caused by these strikes and hope the above actions will help to minimise the effects moving forwards.

SHIPPING UPDATE - 8TH DECEMBER 2022:

Thank you for visiting us and for your interest in our products!
We would like to advise that the ongoing Royal Mail strikes are leading to widespread delays to deliveries both domestically and internationally. We are continuing to dispatch the vast majority of orders within 1 working day to try and ensure parcels arrive as quickly as possible, but the above situation is making it difficult to predict lead times and regrettably we therefore cannot currently guarantee normal delivery lead times.
As of December 7th, all domestic & international orders will have tracking information supplied so you can monitor parcels progress through the system. We apologise for any delays you may experience with the delivery of your order.
We also therefore take this moment to humbly advise customers to order earlier if at all possible, particularly if placing Christmas orders for UK delivery. If you have any queries relating to the above, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will be pleased to advise you further.
