Purchasing a Gift Voucher:

Step 1 - Add the gift voucher of your chosen value to your basket

Step 2 -  If you would like us to add a name and gift message (approx 50 characters max) to the voucher, please leave us a message in the "order notes" after adding to cart, before completing checkout. 

Step 3 - You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase initially.

Step 4 - Based on the information provided at checkout, we will then create a unique voucher for your intended recipient and email across in PDF format to the email address provided.* (This may take us a short while to complete) The voucher design will correspond to the product photos. 

Step 5 - You will then be able to either print out the voucher, or send the PDF to the intended recipient at your chosen time. 

* If you would like to have the gift voucher directly sent from us to the recipient, please indicate this at checkout and provide the recipient's email address instead of yours. 

Redeeming a Gift Voucher:

Our vouchers can be used on all products in our website store (www.sweetpeadolls.co.uk) and are easy to redeem by simply entering the unique voucher code at checkout.

All of our vouchers have a validity period of 1 Year from the date of purchase and the expiry date will be marked on the voucher. 

To redeem your voucher value, simply add your selected items to the basket, and enter the unique voucher code at checkout. Please note that the voucher must be used in full as we are unable to retain part-balances. 

Vouchers can be used to purchase sale items but cannot be redeemed in conjunction with another promotional code.
