Delivery to UK:
We operate a flat rate shipping for domestic orders. Parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard and Tracked 24 is available to choose as an upgrade from checkout, details are as below:
Orders over £50 are entitled to free Tracked 48 shipping. (If using vouchers, the net spend must exceed £50 to redeem free shipping)
(Up to 2kg parcel weight)
Tracked 48 - £4.25 (Estimated 2-4 business days from date of dispatch)
Tracked 24 - £5.50 (Estimated 2-4 business days from date of dispatch)
(2 to 10kg parcel weight)
Tracked 48 - £8.50 (Estimated 2-4 business days from date of dispatch)
Tracked 24 - £9.95 (Estimated 2-4 business days from date of dispatch)
Times stated above are an estimate, however may take longer if the courier experiences delays. Royal Mail will only declare a parcel as "lost" after 10 business days past the delivery due date.
Delivery to Europe:
Overseas delivery is calculated by estimated parcel weight. Parcels will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked Air Mail as standard. Details are as below:
Parcels under 250g - £10.25
Parcels under 500g -£11.75
Parcels under 1 kg -£13.50
Parcels under 1.50kg -£14.75
Parcels under 2 kg -£15.50
* Parcels over 2kg will show as £40.00 - we would encourage customers with parcels over 2kg to contact us before placing their order so that we can search and provide the best and most cost-effective solution for sending the parcel.
Please note that delivery is expected to take 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch, however delays are possible.
Royal Mail will only declare a parcel as "lost" once 20 business days after the estimated delivery date have elapsed.
Delivery to Rest of World (World Zone 1):
World zone 1 countries essentially cover everywhere outside of Europe with the exception of the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Oceanic Islands

Due to factors beyond our control, we can only reliably send parcels with tracking to Chile/Mexico via courier services (e.g UPS, DHL, FedEx etc.) Because of this, we have to set the following prices for these locations:
Parcels under 2kg - £35.00
Parcels over 2kg - £50.00

Things to note:

We will dispatch parcels to the post office every day Monday to Friday, however orders placed between Friday - Sunday, may not be collected by Royal Mail until Monday.

If you have placed two or more separate orders, and we can ship them together in one parcel, we will credit back any overpaid postage costs to you.

As a guide, most parcels we send weigh between 250-750 grams. The heaviest items are books which weigh 250-400 grams each.
