Padico Mermaid Puffy is a wonderful air dry clay from Japan. It is extremely lightweight, and dries quickly making it ideal for a wide range of clay craft projects.

Mermaid Puffy has a soft, fluffy texture, and is waterproof once fully dry, so ideal for making accessory charms and miniature sweets too! It's a little drier than Padico Hearty, so it's good to add a little water to soften before etching details into your creation.

It dries in 1-2 days to a matte finish. The colour becomes slightly stronger once dry.

Hearty can be mixed with acrylic paint, and can also be painted once dry.

Shrinkage will be approximately 6%.

*** Storage advice ***
Mermaid Puffy is a fast drying clay, so when storing open packs, wrap with clingfilm (or similar), place back into the bag, and seal tight with sellotape to ensure minimal air exposure.
